About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at Clark Rubber Kotara. This is a casual role, providing flexibility to work around your schedule. Based in Kotara, NSW 2289, you will be a key part of our retail operations, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, guiding them through our product range and helping them find the perfect items

Maintain the high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

Assist with stock management, including receiving, replenishing and organising product displays

Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately

Actively contribute to a positive team environment and support your colleagues as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, but not necessary

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high standards of store presentation

Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

A positive, enthusiastic and team-oriented approach

Must have valid Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
