The Role
This role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes, including:

Business disputes and commercial litigation

Shareholder and partnership disputes, including oppression claims

Defamation matters

Estate litigation

General litigation across federal and lower courts in Queensland

You will work under the guidance of senior practitioners who will help shape you into a sharp and highly effective advocate. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where you will be challenged, mentored, and supported in your professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

1 to 5 years post-admission experience (PAE) in litigation

Strong interest and enthusiasm for litigation and advocacy

Experience or interest in any of the following areas: business disputes, shareholder oppression, defamation, estate litigation (other litigation experience also considered)

Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team

Ambition to grow within the firm and progress to more senior roles over time
