About the Role

IPO Digital Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced IT Technician to join our growing team based in Nunawading, VIC. This is a client-facing, hands-on role suited to someone who is confident working both independently and in a small team environment.

You will be providing IT support to a range of small to medium business clients, both remotely and onsite.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to support calls and emails professionally and promptly

Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across Levels 1–3

Performing onsite client visits around Melbourne

Logging tickets, tracking time, and documenting client environments

Working with Microsoft cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Azure)

Identifying and communicating upselling opportunities to clients

Collaborating within a small team, while also handling tasks solo when needed

Skills & Experience

2–3 years of experience in an IT support or technician role

Solid understanding of Windows desktop and basic networking concepts

Experience with the Microsoft 365 stack

Core computer and hosting

Azure

Entra and Defender

Intune and Purview

Compliance Manager and Licensing platforms/CSPs

Office applications

Power Automate

Share point and One-Drive

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a close-knit team

Requirements

Full work rights in Australia

Valid Australian driver’s licence

Own reliable vehicle (essential for onsite visits)

Ability to work onsite from our Nunawading office (no remote work)

Microsoft stack knowledge/experience
