About the Role:
Providore Global is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Feed Mixer Driver to join our feedlot team in Garah, NSW. This hands-on role is critical to the daily feeding operations of our cattle, involving the operation of modern feed trucks and machinery to deliver high-quality rations with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate feed mixer trucks to deliver rations to pens as per daily feeding schedule

Load commodities into the mixer using front-end loaders or other equipment

Accurately weigh and mix feed ingredients in line with nutritionist specifications

Maintain detailed feeding logs and records using feed management software or manual systems

Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on feed truck and associated machinery

Report mechanical issues promptly and assist with scheduled servicing as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment, including the feed mill and bunk areas

Communicate with feedlot staff to coordinate feeding times and pen requirements

Monitor cattle during feed runs and report any animal health or welfare concerns

Requirements:

Current driver’s licence

Previous experience with feed trucks, feedlot operations, or agricultural machinery

Ability to work independently and follow feed schedules with precision

Sound mechanical aptitude and understanding of safety procedures

Willingness to work a 10/4 roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
