Position of Administrator offers diverse work in a small jewellery team with administrative and accounts responsibilities.
We are looking for:
2+ years hands-on experience with MYOB AccountRight, particularly accounts payable and invoicing modules
Minimum 1-2 years administration experience processing supplier invoices, managing accounts payable, and coordinating customer orders in a retail or service environment
Manage telephone calls, emails and appointments
Formal MYOB certification preferred, or equivalent demonstrated competency through practical experience
Proactive and professional with good communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Word) and comfortable with email management systems
Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm
6-month contract, 4 days per week
Easy access. Located in Parramatta walking distance to public transport
Candidates must have the legal right to work in Australia
