The Role
This isn't just another carpentry job — it's a chance to showcase your skills on projects that really matter.
You'll be hands-on with custom new builds, large-scale renovations, and detailed extensions. Our projects are unique and often complex, which means you'll be challenged to think on your feet, adapt, and bring smart solutions to site. If you love the satisfaction of stepping back at the end of the day and seeing the difference your craftsmanship makes, this role is for you.
Day-to-day, you'll:
Bring plans to life across high-end, custom-designed homes and challenging renovations
Solve problems on-site with your technical know-how and creative thinking
Work with precision on everything from structural carpentry through to fine detailing and finishes
Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team while also taking ownership when working independently
Take pride in leaving every project with a finish that stands above the rest
What You'll Bring
Trade qualified Carpenter (or currently completing your 4th year apprenticeship)
Residential high-end build and/or complex renovation experience
Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to adapt on-site
Ability to read and interpret detailed residential building plans
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Own tools, vehicle & valid White Card
Minimum 2+ years of residential high-end build and/or complex renovation experience
