The Role

You'll be hands-on with custom new builds, large-scale renovations, and detailed extensions. Our projects are unique and often complex, which means you'll be challenged to think on your feet, adapt, and bring smart solutions to site. Day-to-day, you'll:

Bring plans to life across high-end, custom-designed homes and challenging renovations

Solve problems on-site with your technical know-how and creative thinking

Work with precision on everything from structural carpentry through to fine detailing and finishes

Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team while also taking ownership when working independently

Take pride in leaving every project with a finish that stands above the rest

What You'll Bring

Trade qualified Carpenter (or currently completing your 4th year apprenticeship)

Residential high-end build and/or complex renovation experience

Strong problem-solving skills & the ability to adapt on-site

Ability to read and interpret detailed residential building plans

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Own tools, vehicle & valid White Card

Minimum 2+ years of residential high-end build and/or complex renovation experience
