The role at a glance:

A hybrid venue role blending technical, sales, and operations. You’ll nurture client and venue relationships, translate briefs into clear AV solutions, streamline resourcing with the banquets team, and support smooth onsite delivery—while backing the Event Staging Manager through peak quoting periods. It’s ideal for candidates from AV tech, event sales/account service, or event operations who want broader scope and clear growth.

What you’ll do

Relationship: Be a trusted partner to clients and venue stakeholders

Technical Sales: Support quoting during peaks; craft accurate proposals & run sheets

Operations: Optimise resource plans and coordinate seamlessly with banquets

Technical Support: Assist with setups/pack-downs and handovers; uphold WHS

Customer Outcomes: Keep a client-first focus from brief to execution

What you’ll bring

Background in AV tech, event sales/account service, or event ops

Confident communicator with professional presentation and stakeholder skills

Organised, detail-driven, comfortable juggling multiple events

Customer-focused mindset and pride in delivering great outcomes

Working knowledge of corporate AV (nice to have, not essential)

Availability to support events as needed in a venue environment
