About the Role:
As the Head Chef, you'll oversee the day-to-day kitchen operations including menu design, rostering, ordering, cost management, and team leadership. You'll bring creativity to the menu while ensuring smooth service during high-volume shifts. This is a hands-on role, perfect for a chef who enjoys leading from the front and working with a supportive management team.

Your Skills and Experience:

Previous experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume venue

Strong knowledge of food safety, ordering, stock control, and kitchen financials

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team

A creative flair and passion for quality food

  • Ability to execute high volume service operations with a calm demeanour
