Bluestone is currently partnered leading High-end residential builder renowned for delivering new homes ranging from $2 - $8 MIL.
They are currently looking to add a draftsperson to the team in a growth role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing working drawings

The Role:

• Using AutoCAD software for the preparation of documents and drawings
• Ensure that the quality of documentation is to a high standard, drawings are accurate, well structured and clearly presented
• Communicate with internal & external consultants
• Town Planning & Construction documentation

Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a residential Draftsperson with a local building or architectural firm
• Strong AutoCAD experience & capability is desired
• A good eye for detail
• Ability to work with a team and autonomously when required
• Knowledge of construction and proven ability to produce detailed construction documentation
• Excellent understanding of building codes and REScode.
