Bluestone is partnered with a Boutique residential builder based in the heart of Bayside in Melbourne's south/east. This builder specialize in a diverse range of residential projects ranging from first home/investor, custom/high-end and townhouse medium density projects
A position has become available to manage and drive an in-house drafting function to support new building divisions within the business.
The Role
- Manage the product development process in the release of new product to the business
- Implementation of Masters drawings to ArchiCAD
- Ensure that the quality of documentation is to a high standard, drawings are accurate, well structured and clearly presented.
- Manage workflow & timeframes so projects can get to site
- Communicate with internal & external consultants
About you
- Experience in a similar role with residential industry
- ArchiCAD Proficient is a must
- Strong experience with production & masters
- Strong work ethic & ability to prioritize
