The Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Advisory team in the Power, Utilities & Renewables sector. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions, working alongside a high-performing team on complex and high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

Execute M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions

Build and review financial models, valuations, and complex capital structures

Prepare pitchbooks, Information Memorandums, and Management Presentations

Conduct market and company research to support transactions

Maintain sector databases across M&A, restructuring, debt, and equity markets

Provide technical guidance and review junior team members’ work

About you

The ideal candidate will possess the following personal and professional attributes:

Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent)

3–6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate advisory, or transaction services within an accounting firm

Strong skills in financial modelling and valuation

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset

Broad interest in capital markets and industry sectors
