About Kurrajong Hotel
In the heart of Erskineville, the soon-to-open Kurrajong Hotel is set to become the locals’ new favourite. We treasure the suburb’s historical heritage while creating a pub that’s warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. Alongside classic Australian pub dining, the venue will feature a boutique hotel for guests seeking comfort with a community feel. Operating 7 days a week, the Kurrajong Hotel will serve lunch and dinner daily, plus brunch on weekends, making it a true hub for locals and visitors alike.

About the Roles - We’re hiring across full-time, part-time, and casual roles.
We’re building our new opening team and are looking for vibrant, guest-focused individuals to join in:

Food & Beverage Attendants – deliver warm, genuine service, ensure sales and product knowledge standards are consistently met, and create memorable guest experiences. ALL LEVELS: Waiters, Bartenders, Runners & Glassies.

Guest Service Agents – welcome and assist hotel guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, and connect the boutique hotel experience with the pub’s relaxed vibe. Supporting the Pub Team with service an other duty.

As part of the team, you’ll:

Deliver warm and professional service across the pub and hotel

Work with energy and personality in a busy environment

Help build the Kurrajong culture from the ground up

About You

Hospitality or guest service experience preferred (not essential for entry-level roles)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A natural people person who enjoys creating memorable experiences

RSA required for all roles

Full Australian work rights and flexible availability across a 7-day roster
