We're looking for a driven Sales Engineer to grow market share and build lasting relationships across diverse industries - from aerospace and medtech to automotive, mining, agriculture, machining, and specialist components. Reporting to the Regional General Manager AU/NZ, you'll "own" the full sales process and have the opportunity to make a genuine impact in a growth-focused business.

What you'll do:

Develop and execute individual sales plans to achieve targets.

Build, nurture, and grow relationships across key industries.

Engage with customers to deliver tailored, value-added solutions.

Present technical solutions and negotiate proposals at all levels.

Manage your own CRM, pipeline, and sales reporting.

Stay at the forefront of market trends and innovation.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions on time.

What you bring:

5-10 years of technical sales experience.

Background in machining, toolmaking, metal cutting, or process engineering (highly regarded).

Knowledge of carbide, CBN, or diamond tools/materials (desirable but not essential).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

A self-starter mindset with the drive to operate independently.

Analytical approach with strong data and computer skills.

Current driver's licence and legal working rights in Australia.
