Carroll Group Aus is experiencing a growth period and has a position available for a local driver operating our PBS A-Double combinations & side loaders operating between the Port of Brisbane & Our customer sites located within South-East QLD.

The work will be ongoing and consistent and we are looking for a driver who is interested in long-term employment, enjoy what they do and are willing to grow with our business.

What we`re looking for:

You will need to be safety focused with a sound knowledge & understanding of COR requirements and road transport legislation.

Minimum of 2 years MC driving experience with exposure to PBS A-Double combinations transporting containers.

Minimum of 2 years proven experience operating container side loader combinations across a variety of operating environments. (Experience will be VOC Assessed)

Current MSIC card with Terminal Inductions & Sound knowledge of Port Logistics / Wharf side operating processes.

Clean driving record & ability to provide a copy of your current driving history.

Ability to undertake & pass pre-employment medical & drug screening.

Experience operating under NHVAS for Mass, Maintenance & Fatigue Management with ability to provide evidence of BFM certification.

Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain legal transit times to ensure the success of our shuttle services and local pick up & delivery schedules.

Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work with rotating start & finish times.
