The Role

We are looking for a Beauty Therapist or Trainee to join our team as an assistant to our doctors and nurses. This role combines clinical treatments with patient care and education, giving you the opportunity to grow in the exciting field of medical aesthetics.

You will be trained and supported to perform procedures including:

Signature luxury facials (with a massage component)

Skin assessments and consultations using our Observ Imaging system

Medical-grade peels

Dermaplaning

On an average day, you’ll see 4–6 patients, spending time on longer consultations to truly connect with patients and tailor their skincare journey. Other days you will be working with our nurses and doctors, assisting and learning.

Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively in a team-based clinic environment

Conduct skin assessments and develop personalised treatment plans

Deliver safe and effective treatments with exceptional patient care

Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinic staff

Build rapport with patients to support their confidence and skin health

Maintain clinical standards of infection control, documentation, and confidentiality

Stay current by engaging in training and professional development

Must-Have Skills

Clinical skills with strong attention to detail

Excellent bedside manner and patient care

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Ability to multitask and adapt in a busy clinic environment

Commitment to infection control and safety

Qualifications

This role is open to anyone with an interest in skin and getting a foot in the door to an amazing industry. We would look to support and train in house if we met the right candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS that are desirable:

Beauty therapy qualification

Laser Safety Certificate (advantage but not required)

Open to new graduates and trainees with a passion for aesthetics
