We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Manager to join our brand-new Beecroft location. If leading a team, creating a welcoming vibe, and helping customers keep their pools sparkling sounds like your thing, we want you on board!

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, setting high standards, and making a splash in retail. Don’t worry if you’re new to the pool game — we’ll give you full training before opening so you’re confident in our systems, products, and customer service style.

Key responsibilities

Lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Manage daily store operations and stock with an eye for detail

Carry out water testing and give expert advice (training provided)

Troubleshoot basic pool issues or connect customers with our Techs

Keep the store looking fresh, clean and welcoming

Drive sales with genuine, solutions-focused recommendations

What we're looking for:

Previous retail management experience (national chain experience a plus)

Strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive team culture

Pool knowledge is a bonus — but we’ll train the right person!

Customer service superstar with a strong sales mindset

Calm under pressure, great with time management, and a natural problem-solver

Honest, reliable, and excited to build something new from the ground up
