Working on high-profile commercial, hospitality, and premium residential projects, you'll play a key role in pricing and estimating detailed architectural joinery, collaborating with top-tier builders and architects.

With a fully equipped manufacturing facility in the Sydenham to Bankstown corridor, they offer full-scope project delivery from design through to installation, including CNC machining, multi-material fabrication, and custom finishing.
Their work features in pubs & clubs, hotels, schools, government buildings, offices, and high-end residential homes. They've built a reputation for craftsmanship, quality, and longstanding client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review architectural and construction drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates and tenders
• Interpret joinery details, finishes, and specifications to scope materials and labour
• Liaise directly with clients, builders, and suppliers to clarify project requirements
• Analyse historical job costing to improve accuracy and profitability
• Collaborate with factory and site teams to ensure estimates align with delivery capability
• Attend site visits and tender meetings when required

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years estimating experience in commercial joinery or interior fit-out (5+ years preferred)
• Sound understanding of construction and joinery methods, materials, and costings
• Ability to read architectural/joinery drawings and specifications with precision
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-facing approach
• High attention to detail, time management, and numerical accuracy
• Trade background in joinery or cabinetmaking (desirable, not essential)
