Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the ICU, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centred care
• Oversee workforce planning, financial and resource management, and service development
• Support and guide clinical teams to deliver excellence in critical care
• Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to maintain clinical standards and minimise risk
• Drive innovation, performance improvement, and a positive team culture

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in ICU management (or a similar senior leadership role)
• Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Strong leadership and operational management skills within a complex healthcare environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively during high-demand periods with a forward-thinking, solution-focused approach
