Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of field service technicians across a range of industries. Manage daily service operations – scheduling, prioritising, and resource allocation. Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Handle conflict and challenging situations with professionalism and confidence. Provide technical expertise and hands-on guidance when required.
• Ensure jobs are completed on time, safely, and to a high standard. Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and deliver results.
• Monitor performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a service environment.
• Trade qualification (mechanical/electrical) essential.
• Strong technical knowledge in packaging or food manufacturing equipment.
• Excellent customer communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Confident in handling conflict and resolving issues calmly and effectively.
• Safety-focused, organised, and able to manage a fast-paced workload.
• Current driver’s licence essential.
