About the Role

We are on the hunt for a hands-on, high-output Service Manager who’s sharp on the tools, confident leading from the front, and thrives on pace and performance.

This role is all about ownership – leading a tight team of electricians and air con techs across a fast-moving schedule of reactive and preventative works. You’ll keep the wheels turning, the jobs moving, and the quality high – all while making sure labour, material, and margin are tightly under control.

You’ll be the one setting the tone, backing your team, and keeping the pressure on when it counts.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Leading and motivating a team of A-Grades and HVAC techs – coaching, mentoring, setting expectations.

· Running day-to-day tasking, scheduling, and support across multiple service jobs

· Driving performance on labour utilisation, industry standards and ensuring quality

· Oversee projects - materials, quoting variations, avoiding margin blowouts

· Keeping compliance, safety, and standards locked in

· Being the go-to for technical delivery – not relying on others to problem-solve

· Reporting weekly on team output and job financials

What We’re Looking For

· Trade-qualified Electrician (A-Grade) – HVAC experience a big bonus

· Strong on the tools and even stronger leading people

· Knows what good productivity looks like and how to drive it

· Commercially aware – understands how the job makes (or loses) money
