We're seeking an experienced EL1 Train the Trainer to design and deliver workplace training that supports a once-in-a-generation national reform. You'll create practical, accessible learning programs for staff and advocates, helping them adapt with confidence.

What you'll do

Consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives

Develop structured training packages, including session plans, materials and assessments

Deliver engaging sessions in person, online and blended formats

Adapt facilitation to different audiences and learning styles

Evaluate effectiveness and refine content for continuous improvement

What you bring

Proven experience in workplace training design and facilitation

Ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible learning content

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methods

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent qualification)

Eligible for Baseline security clearance (sponsorship provided; not required before start)

• MUST be an Australian citizen

Contract details

EL1 equivalent | Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

Contract to 30 June 2026, with possible 6-month extension

$80-$90/hr + super (negotiable, based on experience)

Use of department systems; no offshore data storage or access
