BWC – Bob Wallis Cycles are seeking to recruit a highly motivated part time team member as a Sales and Administration Assistant.

We are committed to providing a professional and friendly service to novice and experienced riders across Road, MTB, Gravel, BMX and Electric disciplines.

Our store environment is open plan where the sales floor and workshop area are one – you are always part of the action!

If you are experienced or want to learn this industry and wanting to progress your development, or you are an experienced applicant in another area wanting to progress your career in a dynamic business, this could be the position for you.

About you:

Keen to learn and adapt to new systems including our whole range of in store and eCommerce platforms.

Highly self-motivated, with initiative.

Passionate about or willing to learn bikes, whether it be Road, MTB, Electric or Kids.

Well presented, with excellent organization and communication skills.

An eye for detail and a positive 'can do' attitude.

Computer literate.

Must possess Australian work rights for this position.

The Successful Applicant will have:

An all-rounder and positive attitude

Display effective and professional communication with customers and fellow staff members.

Demonstrated experience within the Cycling or similar Retail Industry

Computing and technology aptitude, but more importantly a willingness to learn and work co-operatively in a small team environment.

Availability to work during the weekdays and possibly weekends (Saturdays) as agreed with the Store Manager.

Excellent computer skills with experience in Point-of-Sale and related systems.
