What the Role Involves

Conducting comprehensive consultations that reflect evidence-based assessment and treatment planning

Administering the full suite of medical-grade treatments offered within the clinic, in line with protocols and safety standards

Performing advanced clinical procedures with precision and attention to detail

Educating clients on the importance of clinical skincare and home care in achieving long-term results

Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency, continuity, and quality of care

Demonstrating sound clinical reasoning and problem-solving in dynamic situations

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapy), Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification.

Have proven experience with laser/IPL, RF microneedling, chemical peels, and advanced skin procedures

Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Communicate with confidence and clarity, while also educating and building trust with clients.

Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards in line with the Clinica Lase brand.

Approach clinical care with integrity, curiosity, and attention to detail

Confidently integrate product recommendations as part of comprehensive treatment planning.
