As a Dermal Clinician, you will be at the forefront of delivering results-driven, advanced skin treatments in a luxury environment. This role requires both technical expertise and a genuine passion for client care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Performing advanced skin treatments including chemical peels, skin needling, laser & IPL, HydraFacial-style therapies, and LED light treatments.

Conducting detailed skin consultations, creating tailored treatment plans, and prescribing corrective skincare programs.

Supporting clients on their long-term skin journeys, educating them on treatment pathways and homecare.

Working collaboratively with the team to maintain Melbourne Skin’s five-star client experience.

Participating in VIP nights, educational events, and social media content creation to showcase your expertise.‘

💎 About You

We are seeking a clinician who is not only technically skilled but also embodies professionalism, warmth, and confidence.

Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a skin or dermal clinic (essential).

Diploma or Bachelor in Dermal Therapy/Science (or equivalent qualification).

Experience with professional skin treatments, lasers, and advanced modalities.

Strong understanding of skin conditions such as acne, pigmentation, ageing, and rosacea.

Professional, polished, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

A passion for delivering transformative results and staying ahead with ongoing education.
