Bendigo Medispa is a beautifully renovated, physician-led aesthetic clinic blending the expertise of Skin & cosmetic physicians, nurses, dermal clinicians, and beauty therapists. We offer a full spectrum of advanced skin and wellness treatments including:

Cosmetic injectables (wrinkle reduction, volume restoration)

Laser therapies and skin rejuvenation

Customised facials, peels, LED light therapy

Sauna, steam, massage therapy, and body treatments

Who We're Looking For

We're expanding and seeking a senior therapist or clinician who is:

Passionate about skin health and client care

Experienced in advanced skin treatments and/or spa therapies

Ready to take on leadership responsibilities and grow into a management role

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, dermal therapy, or spa management

Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Bachelor of Dermal Science, or equivalent

Strong skills in facials, peels, massage, and skin rejuvenation treatments

Excellent communication and client service skills

Leadership potential or prior team coordination experience is highly regarded

Experience with laser equipment, LED therapy systems, and microdermabrasion devices

Proven track record of meeting treatment and retail sales targets in a spa environment
