About the Role

We’re looking for someone who’s handy in a workshop, has a good eye for detail, and doesn’t mind getting their hands a little dusty.

At Just Cutz Flatpack, we manufacture custom cabinetry in flatpack form – kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, the lot. Right now, we’re after someone to help in the production space. This might be a great fit if you're:

A trade assistant who enjoys hands-on work

A cabinet maker looking for a change of pace

Or someone who knows their way around a tape measure and wants to learn on the job

Whether you're early in your trade journey or bringing years of experience, we’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, switched on, and ready to contribute.

Tasks You Might Be Doing

Cleaning and sorting cabinet parts

Running our KDT Edgebander (training provided)

Helping with cabinet assembly

Operating a panel saw or CNC (if you’ve got the skills)

Forklift work (if licensed)

Keeping the workshop tidy and parts organised

What We’re Looking For

Someone who’s reliable, organised, and works well in a team

Comfortable on the tools (even if it’s just a cordless drill for now)

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Forklift licence is a bonus

Cabinet making experience is great, but not essential
