About the role

Midnight Joinery are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team in Fawkner, Victoria on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for creating high-quality custom cabinetry and joinery for our residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in cabinet making and a strong background in high end cabinetmaking and joinery with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

What you'll be doing

Interpret technical drawings to create innovative cabinet and joinery solutions.

Ensure that all joinery has been manufactured to a high standard and that client specifications are met.

Collaborating with the design team to refine and improve product designs.

Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.

Working with a small team of like minded colleges, with a passion for delivering quality items.

What we're looking for

Formal qualifications in Cabinet Making with a Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified Cabinet Maker, ideally in a custom or high-end joinery environment.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.

Has worked with curves and shaped joinery previously.

Skilled in the use of a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.

Experience in machining & manufacturing solid timber.
