We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated group of 4, delivering high-end cabinetry projects from concept to completion.

About the Role
As a Cabinet Maker, you will be involved in both factory manufacturing and on-site installations. You will be responsible for producing and assembling premium cabinetry, ensuring quality workmanship, and guiding junior apprentices. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the confidence to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and assemble high-quality cabinetry in the factory

Install cabinetry on-site with precision and care

Read and interpret detailed plans and drawings

Work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision

Provide guidance and support to junior apprentices

Troubleshoot and problem-solve during manufacturing and installation

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Skills & Experience

Qualified Cabinet Maker with at least 5 years’ post-apprenticeship experience

Strong knowledge of cabinetry assembly, joinery techniques, and finishes

Experience in both factory-based manufacturing and on-site installation

Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining high standards of workmanship

Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior team members

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Strong time management and organisational skills
