About the Role:
Our client is seeking a proactive and adaptable Transport Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Yennora. This temp-to-perm position offers a fantastic opportunity for a university graduate or candidate with a few years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations who is eager to grow their career.
As a front-facing customer service role, you will act as a vital link between warehouse operations, carriers, and customers, ensuring smooth communication and effective coordination across all parties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries related to transport and logistics
• Coordinate and manage 3PL carrier relationships, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
• Collaborate closely with warehouse teams to align operations with customer requirements
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and carrier communications
• Assist in implementing new processes and adapting to operational changes
• Utilise Excel and other tools to track, report, and analyse transport and logistics data

Requirements:

• Experience in 3PL carrier management and warehouse operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and support process improvements
• Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic logistics environment
• Ideal for recent university graduates or professionals with a few years of relevant experience.
