We’re on the hunt for a skilled HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join us full time and help deliver exceptional results for our residential and commercial clients.

About the Role:

We are recruiting for two positions. You’ll be installing or servicing high-quality air conditioning systems across Northern NSW. Your responsibilities will include:

INSTALL ROLE: Installing ducted and split system air conditioners in both residential and commercial settings

SERVICE ROLE: Diagnosing and repairing leading brands split, ducted, multi or VRV systems.

Maintaining a clean, safe and professional job site

Communicating clearly with customers and team members

Working autonomously with a strong focus on workmanship and detail

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in HVAC or Air Conditioning installation

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)

Current ARCtick licence

White Card (Construction Induction)

Reliable, positive and self-motivated attitude

Ability to work independently and take pride in the quality of your work

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

What We Offer:

Company vehicle (manual) + fuel card

$45–$55/hour (based on experience) + super
