We are looking for an experienced and reliable A Grade Electrician to join our growing Melbourne-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for all electrical, AC and efficient installation of split/multi head air conditioners, switchboard upgrades, and related work under the VEU program — primarily across domestic sector.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform associated electrical and Air conditioning duties for air conditioners (single/multi-head units, primarily VRF systems) including switchboard upgrades.

Attend job sites throughout Melbourne.

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site

Liaise professionally with customers, managers, and team leaders

Represent Green Source with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service.

Deliver each job in line with scope, timelines, and program compliance requirements

Your Role:

As an A Grade Electrician at Green Source, you'll be responsible for the Electrical and Air Conditioning works and Install Multi split system air conditioners (single/multi-head units, primarily VRF systems) including switchboard upgrades. For the right candidate, this role can grow into a team leadership position, where you'll help oversee job quality, train junior staff, and manage on-site operations.

Must-Have Licenses/Certifications:

Current Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence

ARC Licence

CEC/Solar Licence ( Is not a must but a Bonus)

What You'll Bring to the Team:

Own basic hand tools (no heavy tools or machinery required)

Experience in Electrical work and AC installations preferred (Especially Multi Heads)

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

Commitment to safe work practices
