About the role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Solar and Battery Electrician to lead and manage our installation teams. This is a full-time position and is available for an immediate start.

This role will suit an SAA Accredited Electrician who has 3+ years experience in residential and commercial solar and battery installations.

You understand the importance of safety, big-picture thinking, communication, and time management. This role has opportunities for growth in design, planning, strategy and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the SunPeople team, you will have a focus on quality workmanship and will communicate confidently with customers and colleagues.

Your typical work day will be split between:

Management of the installation teams including liaison with key admin and sales staff.

Work with the admin team to schedule the installations

Installation of solar and Battery systems as a key technical resource.

The successful candidate will require the following licences:

SAA Accreditation

NSW Electrical license
