About the Role

As Branch Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day operations. You’ll lead a small team, ensure smooth warehouse and dispatch processes, and maintain high standards in customer service and inventory control.

This role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and internal sales responsibilities. You’ll be the key driver of branch performance, culture, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch

Supervise and support a small team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely delivery

Monitor stock levels and liaise with purchasing to maintain inventory accuracy

Maintain a safe and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with WHS standards

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (ideally in industrial or trade supply)

Strong communication and people management skills

High attention to detail and organisational ability

Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

Forklift licence (Ideal - not essential, willingness to acquire one is preferred)

A customer-first mindset and a practical, solutions-oriented approach

Industry experience is preferred but not essential – we value attitude, reliability, and leadership potential.
