Tony Hollands Funerals is a family owned, Brisbane Funeral Home, providing quality funeral services anywhere in South East Queensland. We are seeking an applicant experienced in reception work and/or the Funeral industry.

The successful candidate will be: professional, well groomed, carry a QLD open drivers license, and be committed to quality customer service. Duties will include answering the phones and replying to emails, sending quotes, data entry, and meeting and greeting. Additional duties may include: banking, and cleaning & maintaining all our facilities, completing Microsoft word/computing work and assisting on Funerals etc.

This is a full time Funeral Assistant/Director position (40 Hours a Week) ----
(with opportunity for progression) and requires an applicant with the following:

*Current open driver's license and own vehicle

*A professional, well-groomed conservative appearance

*Self-motivated, reliable and responsible

*A caring nature that includes empathy, sensitivity and respect towards others, especially during the grieving period

For those looking for a career in the funeral industry, additional attributes would include:

*Excellent written and oral communication skills

*ability to be an assistant on Funerals

*At least 2 years' experience in office work

*Competence in filing, and maintain discretion with confidential documents and documents that are sensitive in nature

*Excellent telephone manner

*Excellent attention to detail

*Proven computing skills

*Focus on customer service

*A can do attitude, and ability to work in a team

*Be available to start immediately
