We are a residential home builder based in Sydney. We build high quality new homes that are bench-marked as industry leading.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Display Home Host that will assist our sales consultants primarily at our Marsden Park Display Centre, but occasionally at some of our other displays around North/West & South/West Sydney. The work days are set for Saturdays through to Wednesdays (5 days a week). This role is only suitable for those who can work on these specific days including every Saturday and Sunday.

The successful candidate will be mature, have a can-do attitude, extremely outgoing & friendly, someone that can cheerfully greet customers and provide them with basic information. They will be reliable with integrity, particularly as the position requires the candidate to work alone on some days. Full training will be provided.

In order to qualify for this position, you must meet or demonstrate the following criteria:

Be mature, outgoing and greet customers that visit the display home.

Be friendly and approachable and have the confidence to talk to customers, take down their details and show them brochures.

Excellent listening and communication skills.

Have the ability & eye to carry out minor cleaning duties as required in order to keep the sales office and displays always looking immaculate (all display homes are professionally cleaned by employed cleaners on a weekly basis).

A basic understanding of how to use computers to email, print/replenish brochure stands and keep marketing displays updated.

Ability to perform follow-up calls to clients and provide administration assistance for the Building Consultant.

Work between the hours of 10:00am & 5:00pm each day.

Have a current drivers license with unrestricted access to a car.

Have the ability to follow instructions in detail.

Be an Australian Citizen or have an unrestricted working visa.

Always be smartly dressed in office attire for public appearance.

Extremely reliable and punctual.

Other desirable criteria:

Experience as a display home host or in a customer service role would be an advantage but not necessary.

This is a casual position with the potential of turning into a full-time role for the right person. On the job training & guidance will be provided.
