Brand new French/Italian menu leaning bistro in the heart of the CBD looking for wait staff for an immeditate start

Candidates with Australian work rights or those requiring sponsorship are both welcome to apply.

We are looking for someone who is has previous experience and is able to work in a collaborative environment, has working knowledge of food, wine and spirits.

Candidates must demonstrate expertise in French/Italian cuisine and food preparation techniques.

A minimum of 1+ years waiting experience is required for this position.

Restaurant service experience is specifically required for this role.

Wine knowledge including food pairing experience is essential.

Basic wine styles knowledge and understanding of food pairing principles is required.

Full time hours available. We are open Mon - Fri from 12pm - 10pm. Our restaurant is closed weekends and public holidays so you will have those off.
