Ozcare has a part time opportunity available for a Scheduler supporting our clients across the Rockhampton region.
Your Role
As Scheduler you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients.
Your tasks will include:
Schedule the provision of care services to clients
Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements
Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employee and Ozcare
Schedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Service Delivery Manager
Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities

Role Requirements
Current Police Screening Certificate
Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Tertiary Qualifications (as appropriate) and/or relevant experience in a health-related field e.g. Health and Human services and experience in administration
Extensive experience in technology skills along with office systems
Experience in scheduling staff
