Café All-Rounder (Barista Experience Required) – Redland Bay

Part-Time & Casual Positions Available

Merak GF Café is seeking an enthusiastic café all-rounder with barista experience for a part-time role (min. 15 + hours/week), plus additional casual café all-rounders to support our busy team in the lead-up to Christmas and beyond.

We are a vibrant, community-loved café in Redland Bay, known for wholesome food, great coffee, and warm service. If you are passionate about hospitality and want to grow within a supportive, high-energy team — we would love to meet you.

What We Are Looking For

Part-Time Position (Barista + Café All-Rounder)

Solid barista experience – confident, consistent (latte art not essential)

Strong customer service skills – friendly, proactive & team-minded

Confident with POS, table service, and general café operations

Available Wednesday to Sunday (morning/day shifts)

Friday or Saturday night (5 pm onward) availability is a bonus

Reliable, willing to grow and take on more responsibility over time

Casual Café All-Rounders

Experience in any café/front-of-house roles

Flexible availability across 7 days (we will tailor shifts)

Great attitude, team player, quick learner

Perfect for someone seeking supplementary work or flexible hours

Day shifts primarily, with optional night shifts
