Are you a passionate and dedicated Psychologist looking for a flexible role? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team, providing both in-home and telehealth services to NDIS clients.

The Role:
You will be responsible for providing psychological assessment, intervention, and support to NDIS participants, empowering them to achieve their goals and enhance their well-being. This role offers the flexibility of both in-home and telehealth sessions, allowing for a diverse and impactful practice. As many sessions are community-based, you will need a reliable car and be comfortable travelling to participants’ homes and local community settings. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform therapeutic interventions.
Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans tailored to NDIS participants' needs.
Provide evidence-based psychological interventions.
Maintain accurate and timely client records and documentation.
Collaborate effectively with NDIS participants, their families, support coordinators, and other stakeholders.
Essential Criteria:
Registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and client-centred care.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position.
Highly Desired (Preference Given To):
Experience with Trauma-Informed Therapy.
A strong commitment to and understanding of Neuro Affirming practices.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and experience working with NDIS participants.
