Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychologist to join our team. This role offers a diverse caseload, with a case mix including Compulsory Third Party (CTP), Workers’ Compensation (WC), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Medicare, and private patients. You will provide assessments, therapy, and professional reports that support client outcomes across these settings. Preferably remote work, however; can be based out of one of multiple locations across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based psychological treatment and rehabilitation tailored to individual needs.

Conduct diagnostic assessments and provide clear clinical formulations.

Undertake functional capacity and workplace assessments where relevant.

Prepare accurate and timely clinical reports in line with professional and scheme requirements.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues, insurers, and service providers to optimise outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).

Endorsement in Clinical, Counselling, or Health Psychology (desirable but not essential).

Experience across CTP, Workers’ Compensation, NDIS, Medicare, and private practice work.

Strong skills in assessment, therapy, and report writing.

Familiarity with SIRA, Medicare, and NDIS frameworks.
