Are you ready to bring your administrative skills to a role that truly matters? Join our dedicated aged care team as an Administration Relief Officer, where your attention to detail and willingness to learn will help support the wellbeing of our residents and the smooth running of our facility. This position is 3 days per week Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and assist with staff rosters to ensure seamless coverage
Support payroll processing with accuracy and confidentiality
Welcome visitors and residents with warmth at reception
Perform general administrative tasks that keep our operations humming
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in rostering and payroll is a big plus—but if you’re keen to learn, we’ll support you
A proactive, adaptable mindset and strong communication skills
Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
A genuine interest in supporting aged care services
