About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Brisbane. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers in our showroom and over the phone. You'll provide product information, help customers work out their orders, and accurately process them in Cin7. Once orders are confirmed, you'll liaise with our Dispatch team to ensure delivery or pickup runs smoothly.

This is a customer-focused role with no sales pressure — complex enquiries, pricing exceptions, and account matters are handled by our Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers in the showroom and assist with product enquiries.

Take phone orders, including bulk and trade customers.

Help customers plan correct products and quantities.

Enter orders into Cin7 accurately.

Liaise with Dispatch to confirm delivery or pickup details.

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience (retail, trade, or similar).

Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience required.

Confident communication skills (face-to-face and phone).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry.

Experience with Cin7 (or similar systems) highly regarded.

Must have Australian work authorisation.
