About the Role
We’re looking for someone who’s hardworking, easy-going, and a great team player. You don’t need years of print or warehouse experience—we can teach you the technical side. That said, if you’ve worked in a similar role before, that’s a definite bonus. What matters most is your attitude: reliable, adaptable, and ready to get stuck in.

Physically fit—this is a hands-on role in a warm production space

Quick learner who takes pride in doing things properly

Previous experience in print, production, or warehouse roles is a bonus, but not essential

Key Responsibilities

Preparing garments for printing

Sorting and organising stock for production

Cutting, counting, and packing prints into job bags with accuracy

Operating heat presses (training provided)

Helping prioritise urgent jobs alongside the customer service team

Packing and dispatching orders

Supporting the Production Manager and wider team as needed
