Since launching in 2024, we’ve grown quickly, moved into a brand-new warehouse in Brendale, and built a loyal community of customers who love what we do. The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be on the warehouse floor each day, supervising staff, allocating work, and keeping orders moving. You’ll ensure our customers receive their orders quickly and correctly, and that wholesale shipments are prepared to retailer standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily dispatch operations, ensuring customer and wholesale orders are packed and shipped accurately and on time.

Lead, train, and motivate a small team of warehouse assistants.

Allocate daily tasks and ensure targets are met.

Monitor order accuracy and packing standards, reducing error rates.

Work with the Production team to align stock with order flow.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised dispatch area.

Escalate courier/freight issues to senior leadership when needed.

Load and un-load trucks/containers as required.

About You

1–2 years experience in a warehouse/distribution environment, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role.

Forklift license is preferred.

Experience working with stock control is required.

Experience working with logistics is required.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Great communicator who can motivate and direct a team.

Hands-on — willing to pick, pack, and help when needed.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing e-commerce business.

What We Offer

$65,000 – $70,000 + super (depending on experience).
