About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Food & Beverage attendant to join our team at the Eagle Heights Mountain Resort in Wongawallan, Queensland. As a casual team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

Providing friendly and attentive table service to guests, taking orders and ensuring accurate delivery of food and beverages

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas, ensuring tables are set and cleared efficiently

Promoting the resort's offerings and services to enhance the guest experience

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within the food and beverage industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently to deliver high-quality service

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
