Fuller Sports Club, located on the south side of Cairns, is the sister venue to Brothers Leagues Club and home to the vibrant Edmonton Bowls Club. As a proud not-for-profit organisation, we’re deeply committed to supporting our local community through development initiatives and sporting programs across the Tropical North. Our venue features The Bistro, Fuller Sports Café, and a modern Sports Bar, all designed to deliver outstanding service and dining experiences. The Role
As one of our Food & Beverage Attendants, you will:
Meet, greet and farewell patrons providing friendly and efficient service.
Menu clarification, taking of orders and preparing and serving beverages as required.
Assist with opening, set up and closing procedures in the Bistro, Cafe and/or Bar.
Assist with function room set up and events.
Promote the benefits of membership and the usage of membership cards.
We have part-time or casual positions available.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in the role and part of our team you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role/environment.
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Handling Certificate, Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG).
Hospitality qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
Availability, flexibility and reliability with rosters.
A positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.

We have been able to provide this community support as a result of trading profitability, the provision of excellent sporting and administration facilities, cash donations, in-kind support and use of licensed club facilities and equipment.
Our facilities include a café, restaurant, sports bar, function rooms, gaming room, bingo, sporting grounds, a community garden, and ample parking facilities
