Fulfilment Manager – Cloud 9 Window Cleaning (NEED CAR)

Salary: $93,600 Base Salary + OTE ($200,000)

About Us:

Cloud 9 Window Cleaning is Sydney’s fastest-growing residential window cleaning company. Due to the demand for our services, we are expanding rapidly and this role is at the centre of it.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Fulfillment Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations and drive team performance.

If you’re a reliable operator who likes systems, leadership, and fixing problems on the go, this role puts you in charge of keeping the whole engine running and grow into bigger responsibilities as the company expands.

Hours:

Monday - Saturday:

• 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily scheduling, job allocation, and technician performance

Driving to field everyday wherever the team is

Troubleshoot and maintain field equipment

Ensure jobs are completed to the highest standard, driving customer satisfaction and reviews

Assist with onboarding and training new cleaners and technicians to company standards

Train, mentor, and motivate the fulfillment team to hit consistent targets

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure seamless workflow from booking to completion

Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement scalable systems
