Keystone Fitness Truganina is looking for a Sales & Membership Consultant for our Body Transformation Studio (Truganina)

We’re not a big-box gym.
We’re a 150 sqm premium body transformation studio – and we sell $600–$2000 life-changing programs, not $29/week memberships.

That means we need a proven sales closer who can work independently and drive results without constant supervision.

Must-Have Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience (car sales, phone sales, property, retail big-ticket items, call centre, etc.)

Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding sales targets

Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills

Confident with phone, text, and face-to-face selling

Self-motivated and able to work independently to hit KPIs

Convert warm leads into paying clients

Run impactful consultations & tours that close high-ticket programs

Follow up relentlessly and manage your pipeline without handholding

Sell programs that transform lives, not just gym access
