Moon Dog has been bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to the the good people of Preston since 2019, where we offer the very best in food, beverages and entertainment to punters from near and far. Moon Dog World is a large 725pax brewery bar that serves pub classics, seasonal dishes and cranks out function food too!

We’re seeking experienced chefs to join our kitchen team on a casual basis, working mainly Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays. The ideal candidates will have proven experience in similar roles and take great pride in what they do.

The ideal candidate will have:

Recent experience in a similar role

Strong food knowledge

Positive, friendly attitude

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of health and safety standards

The ability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays

We can offer you:

10 - 20 hours per week with a good degree of flexibility in a large team, Weekend availability is a must though! Would suit someone who wants evening shifts.

Pay is Hospitality Industry General Award level 3 or 4 depending on Chef Qualifications.
