Faraj Defence Lawyers is a specialist criminal defence law firm based in Parramatta, servicing clients’ all across New South Wales.

We are looking for a highly motivated lawyer with at least two years post admission experience in criminal law.

You will be required to have the following:

Practicing Certificate (New South Wales)

Two years post admission experience in criminal law.

Be available to travel to various courts around Sydney and New South Wales.

In your role, you would have a dedicated practice whereby you will be required to act in matters from start to finish including but not limited to:

Bail applications

Sentences

Defended hearings

Appeals

Special applications

Trials

Briefing counsel

Attending to prison conferences
